The Experience

A photo is worth a thousand words but the Riley experience is worth a million photos.
Captured by the Pinkneys in pursuit on the way to Tumut for the National Roundup of Rileys in March 2008, Bev Wilson and David Thomson lope along in their 1933 Australian-bodied Lynx.
They motored faster than the cool change that finally gave relief to Adelaide after a record 15 successive days of over 35 degrees celcius ensuring the trip to Tumut was a warm one
.

The car almost survived the trip to Tumut and back. It’s since had a complete restoration and now looks like this.
